Hello Guys,

I've been reading on and off this site and listening to podcasts. Thank you for all the great info and shared knowledge.

Little bit about myself..... My name is Kay, and a newbie from Mount Vernon, NY in Westchester County with my wife and a 6 months old daughter. I am a registered architect in Massachusetts and has experience in high-end residential and office construction in NYC, and currently doing freelance design build retail projects in Stamford, CT.

I want to be a real estate developer/ investor, and without knowing about this great site, I went to NYU to study real estate development and finance (master's). I should have known about this site then I could have saved 2 years and tuition. :)

Anyways, I signed up to see if anyone needs my help (construction and architectural) and/ or find a mentor, investor, partner, investment opportunity, and development opportunity.

I am looking for opportunity in Brooklyn, Bronx, Westchester Co., and Fairfield Co.

Is there any NYC meet ups?

Welcome to BP. Sounds like you have a pretty cool plan. That education and experience will give you a lot more credibility even if you could have learned it all on here. :)
