I've never used BP and thought I would give it a shot!

A little about me....I own the home that I live in and I have done one fix & flip which generated a pretty nice profit for my first time and was a great learning experience.

I am sorta just seeing what this site has to offer, I would like to network better in my area (something I learned from my flip). So anybody with suggestions/advice I would truly appreciate it. Thanks a lot! I look forward to meeting some new like-minded investors here.
