Hello everyone! My name is Simon and I am 20 years old. I have been wanting to get into the real state business since I was a kid, but have been scared to do so. The issue is I have no capital at the moment, neither any contacts, experience or knowledge. I am here hoping to learn a lot, meet new people, start investing and realize my dream! Thank you for reading!

@Simon Pereira you have no money, contracts, experience or knowledge. Gotta confess, your brutal honesty made me chuckle.

You’ve got desire. That’s good. Your here for knowledge. That’s good. Next, some money would help. Consider a job or even career as being part of your real estate journey.
