Hey BP, 

I kind of moved to NYC and came running back to DFW after like 6 months (NYC ain't like I remember it in 2012)! Getting back in the game here and just saying wassup before I get this real estate storm brewing up. Out of all the forms of marketing I've used, I really want to build a referral based business moving forward. 

If anyone sees this message, how has the market been lately? I'm going to focus on Ft Worth and Arlington but will avoid Dallas. Idk why but my gut tells me this is what I should do! HAPPY HUNTING FAMILY!!!
