Hello everyone, I am trying to get into RE by using OPM. Wholesaling is where I would like to start for short-term income. My long term goal is to buy and hold. This is all new to me and I would like to have a mentor who can teach me how to do it. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You definitely came to the right place, @Lawana Anderson . I recommend reading up on the wholesaling articles on BP and then reaching out to the authors. I've found that this is such an active and engaged community and people always willing to jump on calls and help each other out.
