New investor Closed on First property
I closed on my first property in June and am currently looking at options for my next property. My goal is to find 2 more properties (to start in a similar area to where I purchased my first one.) I purchased a Duplex.
I was wondering if anyone had any advice on something they would have done differently going from property 1 to 2/3. Thank you!
I currently owner occupy my Duplex but intend to move out in the next 6 months and put it up for rent.
