Creative REI Newbie from Philadelphia, PA area
A BIG hello to everyone! My name is Rose Flood and I’m from the Philadelphia, PA area. I am new to creative real estate investing – I do own 3 properties (bought conventionally) and rent out 2 of them. In my creative REI business, I’d like to start out wholesaling, and build my business from there. I look forward to meeting other investors and making life long, mutually beneficial relationships.
