I'm currently an investor with 4 years investment experience. I house hack in NYC and own an STL in South ATL that does pretty well cash flow wise. I just build up cash flow through my LLC for a 2nd STL. I have a great team in ATL that has allowed me to be fairly hands off with my first short term rental. I'm here to share knowledge on my success thus far, connect and be a resource for anyone just starting out, since I know how tough, intimidating it can be to get your first few properties. Feel free to say hi and connect!

Hey @Natalie Olivo, I work with a company out of Atlanta as well. We primarily do fix-and-flips, and have had a good run of deals in the last 4 months once we opened our doors officially. I’m curious if you have any advice on scaling in this industry? Are you more of a buy-n-hold or do you operate on multiple investment methods?
