Hi all! Just wanted to introduce myself to the community. I am a new investor in the Midwest, specifically about 50 miles South of Chicago. I am a husband and father of three awesome kids. I work full time as a materials inspector in the construction industry. My goal is to begin investing in buy and hold properties in the South Suburbs of Chicago. I have yet to do my first deal. I am just learning all that I can from the forums, podcasts, and every book/audiobook I can get my hands on. Thanks everyone for such a great community of like minded people.
