My name is Eldar, and I am licensed in CA. Currently live in Sherman Oaks- SF valley, and looking to start investing in RE. I am very eager to learn more and more about RE creative investing. Searching for a knowledgeable mentor to take me under their wing, or even suggestions on how to start with minimum to no money down investments, locally to begin with.
