New BRRRRS strategist looking for connections

Hey all,

I am looking to complete my first real estate investment in 2024 and hoping to connect with local individuals in the space. I reside in Woodland and looking to talk shop primarily about flips, and BRRRRS although I am still yet to determine my exact direction and open to other strategies. Although I am new to the game, I am a small business owner with natural knowledge along the lines of construction and contracting. I have also been listening to BP podcasts for months now. Please reach out if you are a local investor or agent willing to spread some knowledge.

@Cody McCullough there are several real estate investor groups close to you. Meetup.com is a good resource for those but some of the groups will also post here on Bigger Pockets Marketplace too. Even facebook will have some good local groups for you. But post locally for this. That’s the best bet.
