Hi Everyone!  My name is Taurus (the bull and yes that is my sign), but you can call me TJ.  I just happened upon the Real Estate Rookie podcast and they often mentioned BiggerPockets.  I never came to the website though until my cousin mentioned that I should go to BiggerPockets to analyze a property I was looking to purchase.  Well if my cousin vouches for it, I should check it out.  I ended up not purchasing that property.  I look forward to gaining knowledge and to use that knowledg to make good rental property purchases.
