Greetings! 
After fulfilling all of my goals as a speech therapist for 20 years working with people from birth to 103, I’ve switched gears to appreciate the challenges and excitement with real estate investing. My focus has been a deep dive into learning about different real estate investment strategies as part of diversifying my investments. Biggerpockets podcasts have been a staple in my ear for the last few months and I’m looking forward to finding my first investment. Warm regards
