Hey BiggerPockets community, my name is Colin.  I'm excited to be here and to interact & learn from all of you!

I got into wholesaling in Florida on the side a couple years ago.  I am now back to living in Texas and looking to start making deals again!

I'm looking to build my reputation here in Texas as someone who is trustworthy & can find great deals both on & off-market.  From there, I would like to get into flipping and short-term rentals in the future.  I am also starting the coursework to become a licensed agent.

Currently, I am looking for buyers in this area.  In the real estate market we're in, I have heard from some flippers that they have stopped flipping for the time being.  It is a challenging time, but I have also heard that things are working their way back.

That being said, if you are still looking for deals as a flipper or buy & hold investor, I would love the opportunity to work together & find out what you're looking for.  Building relationships & real estate are passions of mine & I'm looking forward to meeting you guys!

Hey @Colin Miner congrats and welcome to BIgger Pockets, you'll find plenty of great resources and information here. I would also recommend that you find your local REIA and also attend as many meet ups that revolve around real estate investing and network to build your buyers list and make connections for down the road.
