Hi everyone,

I'm excited to be joining the BiggerPockets community! My name is Katelyn and I'm a real estate agent working in Knoxville, Tennessee.

While I focus on residential sales and luxury properties, I'm also passionate about the investor side of real estate. I believe my experience in the market can be valuable for both buyers and sellers, but I'm also eager to learn more about building a strong real estate investment portfolio.

I'm particularly interested in BRRRR strategy, short-term rentals, and multifamily investing.

While I sleep, eat, and breathe real estate most of the time, I also enjoy sports (go Vols!), being out on the lake, and being in the great outdoors any chance I get.
