Hello BiggerPockets community! I'm Ben Crumbliss from Lancaster, Ohio, an active real estate agent in the area, and I am searching for my family's first rental property. A passion is helping veterans and their families find homes, dream properties, and launching into real estate investing. I'm also a veteran, as well.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy crossfit, camping, and hanging out with my family.
