Hi BP community,

My name is David and I am happy to be a new member of the community. I am a big fan of financial freedom...I have a business in southern maine providing financial services and the more I have researched, real estate seems like a powerhouse for generating wealth.

I became an accidental landlord a few years ago when I had a business that failed in Vermont and I needed to move to South Carolina for another business opportunity.

I am 29 years old and and have 3 awesome kids that my wife and I homeschool. With the passive income stream I am creating , I would like to be able to do a lot more traveling with the little monkeys. I try to stay excited in life.

I hope to describe myself when people ask what I do to generate income as "an investor". I decided thats the most bad *** job title you can have.

Its a really great feeling putting together a deal and helping my family and our friends all make money.

Lets all get free!

-David

Welcome to the club, @David O.! I am also looking to create a passive income stream through real estate investing and have already paid off all my consumer debt as the first step toward financial freedom. Good to see another Mainer here, too! Best of luck.
