Hello BiggerPockets community!

I'm Julian Rozo, originally from Miami but now calling Fort Worth home. I have also spent five years living in Orlando. My passion for real estate investing started in college, and I’m particularly interested in single-family homes and multifamily buildings. Currently, I own a rental property in Orlando, FL, and I recently purchased a residence here in Fort Worth. I'm eager to network with fellow investors both locally and beyond, and I'm ready to grow my real estate portfolio with the support of the BiggerPockets community.

When I’m not delving into real estate, I work as a Cloud Engineer at Lockheed Martin, fully embracing my IT roots. If I’m not out scouting properties, you can often find me on a nearby golf course.

I serve on the board of the local REIA (CFRI..net) and connected to the investor community here as well as being a full time Realtor®. I actually do a lot of relocation business with Lockheed and have helped with a lot of employees transferring in and out of Orlando.
