Hello BiggerPockets community!

I'm Josh Newell from Jupiter, FL. I’ve recently started exploring real estate investing as a path to financial freedom and am interested in the South Florida market. However, I’m also open to discovering other promising real estate opportunities, so any recommendations are welcome!

When I’m not learning/diving into real estate, I love traveling across the US, competing in triathlons, hiking, mountaineering, and and generally anything outdoorsy.

Josh I run a real estate meetup in Jupiter the second Tuesday of each month at the Locomotive coffee from 8:30-10am.  If your interested shoot me a dm with your email and I can add you to our email list.
