Greetings,
I’m Matt, and I’m diving back into the realm of property investments. I have a portfolio of four units (comprising two duplexes) near the University of Illinois campus, which have been profitable over the past seven years. A successful venture involved flipping a 30-unit apartment complex; acquired for $450k, we revitalized it with a $150k construction overhaul, achieved full occupancy, added a laundromat, and subsequently sold it for $950k after two years. The proceeds allowed me to clear the mortgages on my duplexes. Currently, I’m on the lookout for a new venture. I’m eager to leverage my network and research to find a collaborative partner or a promising property to embark on the next chapter of my investment journey.
