New to BiggerPockets – On the Path to Multifamily & Small Commercial Investing!
Hello, BiggerPockets!
I'm new here and excited to connect with the community! I'm focused on Multifamily and/or small commercial properties. My husband and I got started with a duplex, and since then, we’ve purchased a 5-unit and a 10-unit commercial property—without much experience or a mentor. (Definitely a learning curve, but so worth it!)
I’m still working on figuring out the best strategies and practices, and I’d love to hear from others who have been through similar experiences or have advice to share.
