Profile has a more detailed description of my history. Been doing a lot of research the last 2 months, trying to think of pros and cons of each of the investment approaches and what is right for me: raw land flip, SFH flip, slow flip, BRRRR, small multifamily, commercial tenant or storage. Looking for some short term wins for cash flow, while also building a portfolio for long term appreciation and cash flow.

Appreciate any input why others may have taken a certain approach.  I feel like analysis paralysis will never get a deal started and realize I will make mistakes along the way.  That's part of the new adventure.

Glad to join the community.

Ben
