So I want to just right in and start working in real estate my wife has her 40hr job and is not quite on board we just moved here to North Carolina and I'm unemployed at the moment so I figured getting in to real estate would be easier so I'm not fighting with my regular day job. When approaching the local realtor in my area what could I have to offer when my only experience is buying and selling my own home in NY and have a new construction built here in NC

I would agree with your wife as real estate is not a steady income job and takes significant time to make money in it. My recommendation would be to get a 9-5 job and in your free time learn more about real estate
