New Member Intro – 9 yr Wholesaler + TC Perspective
Hey everyone!
I’m Trevor, based out of Metro Atlanta. I’ve been wholesaling for about 9 years now and have seen just about every version of a deal you can imagine—smooth ones, messy ones, and the ones that keep you up at night.
More recently, I also joined the team at ezREIclosings, a transaction coordination company that works with investors nationwide. Between doing my own deals and now seeing hundreds of transactions a month from the TC side, I’ve been able to spot a lot of the common pitfalls (and shortcuts) investors run into.
I’m here to share what I’ve learned, answer questions, and hopefully provide value whether you’re just getting started or scaling up your operation. Excited to connect with the community!

Welcome to the forum, @Trevor Burwell! Good wholesalers that do things the right way are hard to find, and the fact that you’ve got TC experience probably makes you easier to work with.
We buy a lot of our fix and flips through wholesalers in MA, NH, and ME, honestly we find it easier than going direct to seller—which I know runs contrary to what a lot of investors preach.
Appreciate you joining the community and looking forward to learning from what you’ve seen in the trenches (and in all those files you’re coordinating). Thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge and network here.
