Hi everyone, I'm Candace with Hughes Property Group LLC here in Indianapolis.

Since 2019, I’ve been hands-on with real estate rehabs, coordinating contractors, managing timelines, sourcing materials, and keeping projects on budget. I know how tough it can be for out-of-state investors to manage everything from afar, so I specialize in being your boots-on-the-ground project manager here in Indy.

I don’t do property management or tenant calls,  my focus is 100% on making sure your rehab projects run smoothly, stay on schedule, and protect your investment.
