Hey BiggerPockets community, I’m Brian Keeler, based in Boulder, CO. My background is in finance - I started my career on Wall Street and today I’m a banker working with businesses and individuals here in Colorado. I’m currently diving deeper into multifamily investing and underwriting, with a goal of analyzing 50-100 properties this year to land the right first deal. I’m especially interested in B/C assets in A/B neighborhoods in markets like Dallas-Fort Worth and Denver.
