Hello everybody, my name is Case McCarthy. I have been investing in real estate since I was 18 years old. My business partner and I bought our first rental together off creative financing with $5000 each. We've been able to scale to nine units together at 21. Started off as a real estate agent had a lot of success helped a lot of people. But I got into the business to become a real estate investor, we help other investors here in Toledo, scale their portfolio, and be boots on the ground. Wanted to introduce myself because my business partner and I are looking for a mentor, coming from sales trying to transition into a full-time real estate investor. My business partner with the background of managing over 600 rentals here in Toledo for one of the biggest private landlords.
