Hi everyone,

My name is Jordan Marinoff. I have spent my career in real estate private equity and acquisitions, helping scale portfolios across more than 20 markets nationwide, totaling over 10,000 homes and approximately $2.25 billion in real estate. My work focused on sourcing, underwriting, and structuring both equity and credit deals for single-family rental and build-for-rent communities.

That experience gave me a deep understanding of how lending drives every part of a deal, from builder capital needs to investor returns. It is what led me to transition into the lending side, where I am now a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with East Coast Capital. I help investors, builders, and homeowners access fast and flexible financing for purchases, refinances, and construction projects.
