Greetings! My name is Joe Buccelli and I'm a new investor in Northern California. I live in Petaluma and am in the process of buying a property in Ukiah. I ran across this site when the reality of being a first time landlord started to hit and I began doing research. It seems like a great community! I have much to learn, and I'm glad you all are out there willing to share your knowledge. And I look forward to be able to do the same!
