Hello Bigger Pockets!  I'm a new member living in Kent, WA.  I've had the real estate investing bug for awhile but finally taking the next step.  I got my feet wet back in '07 with buying a foreclosed house for my wife and I to live in and fix up.  It's a slow process but going good.  I work as a Project Manager for a construction company so I've got the know how just needed the time and resources.  We're ready to find another house to fix up and flip!  I've been browsing the site for that last month or so, listening to as many podcasts as I can, read the UBG, as well as many other books/blogs/etc.  So much good info on the site!! 

I've found a good agent to help with the process but am interesting in meeting some wholesalers that might help find some deals. 

I look forward to meeting people in the Seattle area and continuing to learn so that I can keep on flipping.
