Hi BP Community,

My name is Abby, and I'm a US citizen living and working in Australia. My husband Paul (an Aussie) and I are just starting our education in real estate investment and we happened to come across this website. Since then we've been listening to podcasts, searching posts and generally getting excited!

Our real estate goals are to:

1. Buy and hold a property in the US with positive cash flow to offset my student loan as much as possible.

2. Own 10 investment properties in the US and/or AUS in the next 5 years.

We're hoping to learn about expat investing, connect and work with some great people back home, and generally have fun while building our wealth.
