Hello everyone! My name is Matthew Roybal and I'm from the San Francisco Bay Area. My background in real estate includes a guru program disaster, real estate sales, and two investment properties. My day job is a 9-1-1 dispatcher in San Francisco which I'd love to quit one day and work on my own business full time. My goals are simply buy and hold real estate to generate cash flow for the long term and quit my stressful job. I discovered Bigger Pockets online and knew this was a great choice to really help me move forward with my real estate investment plan.
