Hey everyone!
New to the site but love what I read on the forum. My name is Lee Kendall and I am a real estate investor and real estate agent here in Ocean City Maryland. My personal properties range from empty lots and yearly rentals to high end weekly rentals, so I have a bit of experience all around with both positive and negative experiences.
