Young newbie from Phx, Az
Hey everyone, my name is Erick Martinez; I am 20 years. I have 2 kids, a 4 year girl and 2 year boy (I know I started early). My hobbies are body building and reading. My current goals are to start learning how to market for great deals and estimating rehab cost. I am looking for mentor ship to help me learn and get some hands on training. I am willing to work for free. I really just want someone to show me how to finds deal (via. public recorders, direct mail or any other ways to attract deals) so that I can find and look for deals for them all day. But I am willing to do any kind of work just so I can develop friendships with some local active real state investors here, in the Phx valley.
