Newbie from Central New Jersey
Hello folks! My name is Cesar Romero, hailing from North Brunswick, NJ. As the title suggests, I'm brand new to real estate investing (haven't closed on a property yet). However, I've worked in the mortgage industry since 2001, primarily in the secondary market (i.e. mortgage bond trading, analytics, rating securitized mortgage bonds). I've always had a keen interest in real estate but would like to make something tangible out of that interest. I currently work on Wall Street but would like to make property management my full-time gig so I can set my own destiny, so to speak. My area of focus right now is in the Middlesex county area (figure better to be a big fish in a small pond at least to start with). Looking very forward to making colleagues and expanding both my knowledge and pool of opportunities.
