Hey everyone!!

I am a new investor looking to finally follow my dreams. My name is Jotham Bethea. I have been living in the charlotte area for about 3 years now. I am very excited to have found BP, I have literally listened to almost all the podcast over the last week! lol

I hope to make/meet some great connections as in start this new journey. I will be focusing mainly on fix and flips as of now but I do plan on branching out to other forms of real estate investing.
