Hello everyone, I am Justin from South Florida. I'm still pretty new to the REI world, but I am very excited to be a part of Biggerpockets and gather as much information and knowledge as possible. I am interested in wholesaling/rehabbing and hoping to possibly intern or birddog for a local wholesaler/rehabber. My current dilemma is deciding how/when to exit my current "labor intensive" landscape job. My goal is to have my weekday schedule cleared within the next month or so to focus all of my time on my REI business. Any tips or hints you guys have for someone just starting out would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and Happy New Years to all!!

Thanks @Brandon Turner for the welcome! I have read the ultimate beginners guide and I'm currently reading The Book on Flipping Houses. Next up is The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs, I should have them both finished in the next week or so. Happy New Year!
