Hello BP members,
I randomly found the BP podcast on iTunes a few weeks ago, and have listened to the vast majority of them by this point. I've always been a fan of real estate investing, but never knew exactly where to start. BP has given me some positive insight about where to begin, etc.
As mentioned in the subject line, I'm from Alabama and will be graduating soon from professional school. I'm looking to get into single family home and buy-and-hold properties in the Birmingham/ Auburn, AL markets.
