Congrats on your first property! I'm in Auburn too and looking to pick up a few more rentals this year. The STR market is limited right now but there are still a few spots left in town you can have them.

@Alexander Felice relatively new investor in Baltimore, if you're looking for folks up here. Finishing a renovation on a house I bought right before covid that had a squatter. Was originally going to be a buy & hold rental, but thanks to some market appreciation I might flip it for a nice profit.

@Stephen Predmore Great work and good looking rental. I've got a few rentals nearby this one. I took a look at this one and was close to putting in an offer.
$1400 is a solid rent for that area as well- is this a voucher tenant or market?
