@Rollan Dizon Congrats on this project! It looks like a quality buy with sustainable rental income. If you don't mind me asking, what area of Birmingham is this in? I'm about to move to the area and looking to invest once I move there.

 Welcome to Bigger Pockets and War Eagle! I have been in early the last 7 years and about to make the move to Birmingham. If there ever is a good deal in Auburn, it is scooped up quickly. But the Opelika is a great area for buy & holds, especially considering the recent economy growth and future expansion. Best of luck!

Hello BP members,

I randomly found the BP podcast on iTunes a few weeks ago, and have listened to the vast majority of them by this point. I've always been a fan of real estate investing, but never knew exactly where to start. BP has given me some positive insight about where to begin, etc. 

As mentioned in the subject line, I'm from Alabama and will be graduating soon from professional school. I'm looking to get into single family home and buy-and-hold properties in the Birmingham/ Auburn, AL markets.
