Hey everyone- I am closing on a property next week and will be purchasing the property/ making renovations using hard money. I've talked to a number of banks that require either 6 months or 12 months of seasoning. Are there other options or banks that will refinance sooner? Thanks

We are seeking a highly motivated and hungry acquisitions manager for our team. 

This member will help with meeting motivated sellers, working on contracts, and cold calling.

We require a minimum of 15 hours a week

Position is 100% commission based, but we offer bonuses for each successful deal closed.
