Hello, from a total newbie in Las Vegas, Nevada

Good day,

I hope that all of you reading this introduction post are doing well. I am a real estate student in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was told about this site from one of the other students that I attend classes with. I have only been reading a few forums and I am both impressed, and a little overwhelmed. In the future I do hope to dabble in a find and flip investment as well as a hold and rent property. So far my favorite part of real estate is the look on the new home owners faces as they find their future home. I am lucky enough to get to see this often after classes.
