I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area, started listening to the podcast a week ago, and have been trying to soak up as much info as I can since then (while working 50 hours/wk).

Looking to learn to buy and hold my first property, shooting for some time in 2015.  

I'm excited learn and to build as many connections as possible.
