I signed up with this site on April 9, 2013 and I’m just now introducing myself to all of you. So, shame on me! I feel so bad but I tend to be a procrastinator due to the many interest I have. However, I’m putting a stop to this aliment right now.

My name is Vivian Short. I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and currently live in Cedar Hill, Texas a suburb of Dallas. I became interested in real estate in the 80’s. Over the years I have read books, attended seminars, classes, forums, etc., on investing but due to working, attending college and fighting to survive, I haven’t made the move to act on purchasing my first property and this is mainly due to confusion, lack of capital, bad credit and other reasons.

I have a diverse working background that includes - Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Systems Analyst, Help Desk Support, Computer Instructor, Mortgage Loan Officer/Modifications, Foreclosure Clerk, Customer Service, and recently Auditor and Accountant. In addition, I am currently a WFG - World Financial Group associate.

My hobbies are reading and collecting coins and antiques. I am a gifted vocalist, songwriter, bassist and I’m currently teaching myself how to play the guitar. I am a sports lover and athlete. I try to work out regularly. My favorite sports are Basketball, Tennis, and Weight Training. My favorite team is the Dallas Mavericks.

I look forward to meeting you and especially investors in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area.
