Hello!

I am happy to become a part of this thriving community!  I recently joined and have already found a lot of helpful information and positivity here! I wish I would have known about BP sooner..

I love so many things about real estate!  I believe it's an essential part of my professional goals and livelihood of my growing family.

I bought my first house in 2007, lived in it and later rented it out.  Currently, my focus is in assigning contracts/wholesaling and I aspire to do that as leverage for other future goals, like buying duplexes/multiplexes etc. 

I am interested in connecting with others in wholesaling in hopes that we can network and encourage one another. Please inbox me if you're interested in that as well as for other REI partnerships.

I also look forward to learning more about the different ways to acquire property, especially without using one's own funding or 'traditional' funding upfront.  Ideas??
