Hi everyone. I'm new to real estate investing and this site has been a wealth of information.
I'm interested in multiunit properties using an added value/buy and hold strategy.

Good to see someone else from Humboldt on here. I live in Eureka and am in the process of getting my first SFR rented out. Have been reading BP for a while, but this is my first post. It would be great to connect with other investors in the area, either at a meeting or would be happy to buy lunch.
