Hi Everyone...What really turned me onto BP was the Podcasts. For whatever reason I just started listening to Podcasts and now I can't listening to Josh and Brandon. I'm trying to get through them all and catch up.

I am born and raised in Cleveland, OH. I love the area, despite the criticism it sometimes garners.

I currently have one rental property (condo purchased in 2009) which I purchased right out of school. It doesn't cashflow much, but it was a start. My family has 9 SFR that I manage. I just put my first fix n flip on the market last week. I purchased the fix n flip at the local sheriffs sale and had a GC do all the work. I obtained my realtor's license about a year ago. I initially wanted it to save on commission, but now I am seriously thinking of making it a profession. It definately is much better than sitting in a cubicle all day. I am doing all this part-time and can't wait to save up enough to make the switch to full time.

I look forward to meeting/networking with BP nation. The amount of resources is amazing (and sometimes overwhelming).
