Another new guy

Hello all,

My name is Doug and I am in Sioux City, Iowa.  I have recently found one of the advantages of getting older!  My oldest Son is now all grown up and making a good living so what do Father/Son teams do?  They decide to buy real estate in addition to the day jobs.  It is very rewarding to work on this with my Son and I look forward to making lots of connections on BP as we move forward.  I will get him on here ASAP and will have him post an intro as well.  SO look for little Doug( Original I know) to be searching along with me for all of your nuggets of wisdom
