A discussion of this topic MUST use a qualfier of locations to have any merit. To compare the bay area to the midwest is like comparing apples and hubcaps. Is it good to discuss it? of course it is. Have you noticed the West coast investors buying in the Mid West as apposed to buying into the bubble? Even in past bubbles some locations remained fairly immune. Now if coastal investors flood into the center of the country and drive prices up we may have a problem. Just my humble opinion
