Hello all! My name is Justin and I am a new member looking to get into real estate out here in my Idaho and Washington markets. The model am going for includes mix of wholesaling to get started and moving into some fix n flips. I am also very interested in buying multi family units to hold and create cash flow to get out of my current job. I am always open to hear from other members in my area and I am eager to learn!
